titleOfInvention An epitaxial growth method for large-area metal halide perovskite single crystal arrays for nuclear radiation detection imaging
abstract The invention provides an epitaxial growth method for a large-area metal halide perovskite single crystal array for nuclear radiation detection imaging, comprising the following steps: placing a mask with a hollowed-out array on a pretreated CsPbBr 3 ( CPB) substrate; then transfer the perovskite precursor solution to the mask to cover the entire mask surface, control the relative humidity to be 30%-50%, and after the solvent evaporates, separate the mask from the substrate , to obtain a single crystal array with a mask, that is, a large-area metal halide perovskite single crystal array. The method of the present invention can grow a large-area perovskite single crystal array with consistent crystal orientation, and obtain perovskite single crystal grains of different sizes by controlling the size of the mask hollow array.
