abstract The invention discloses a water-soluble environment-friendly asphalt separant and a preparation process thereof, wherein the water-soluble environment-friendly asphalt separant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of kelp extract, 0.2-0.5 part of polyethylene glycol, 4-6 parts of peregal, 1-3 parts of sodium aminotriacetate, 0.1-0.3 part of gelatin, 2-5 parts of modified silicone oil, 2-3 parts of emulsifier and 20-35 parts of water; preheating the kelp extract, sodium aminotriacetate, gelatin, modified silicone oil and polyethylene glycol, sequentially adding the preheated kelp extract, sodium aminotriacetate, gelatin, modified silicone oil and polyethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, stirring for 15min, adding peregal and water, continuously stirring for 15min, adding an emulsifier, and performing colloid high-speed shearing emulsification for 3 times to prepare a water-soluble environment-friendly asphalt separant; the modified silicone oil has excellent water solubility, so that the separant can be timely washed away by water after being used on a road surface, the early water damage of the asphalt road surface cannot be caused, and the problem that the separant has a remarkable dissolving effect on asphalt in an asphalt mixture at present is solved.
