According to the invention, an emulsification auxiliary agent NS-003 cationic compound is utilized to carry out reverse emulsification on DSM anionic plant-based resin, emulsion particles are separated out through reverse emulsification, the formed emulsion particles are emulsified and coated by an emulsifier in an original emulsion, the system forms hydrophilic-lipophilic balance again to prepare a sandy emulsion, and then flexible PUD resin with smaller particle size is compounded to improve the fingerprint resistance of the coating; the coating is applied to coating of inorganic decorative boards, not only the fingerprint resistance effect of the boards is realized, but also the inorganic board decorative paint film is endowed with good scratch resistance and log sand feeling.
