titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing heat-insulating coating |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a heat-insulating coating, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) weighing 5-15 parts of deionized water, 18-32 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel powder, 5-20 parts of aluminum silicate fiber, 10-15 parts of sepiolite, 12-18 parts of bentonite, 5-12 parts of diatomite, 3-5 parts of magnesium chloride, 3-6 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-5 parts of epoxy resin and 5-10 parts of pigment according to the mass part ratio; (2) putting the mixed materials into a heating stirrer, and continuously stirring for 120 minutes at the temperature of 80-100 ℃ to prepare a mixed solution; (3) adding a complexing agent; (4) adding a film forming agent; (5) adding a defoaming agent; (6) adding a preservative; (7) and adding a leveling agent. The method for manufacturing the heat-insulating coating has the advantages of low equipment requirement, low cost, simplicity and easiness in operation, and the manufactured heat-insulating coating has a good heat-insulating effect. |
