titleOfInvention Rapid separation method of triphenylamine and diphenylamine
abstract The invention provides a method for rapidly separating triphenylamine and diphenylamine, which comprises the following steps: 1) mixing and heating the triphenylamine crude product and an acid water solution, and reacting to obtain a solution; 2) cooling the solution, crystallizing, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain liquid and solid; 3) mixing the liquid with alkali for reaction to obtain solid diphenylamine; and mixing the solid with an aqueous solution of alkali for reaction to obtain the solid triphenylamine. The method adopts non-toxic and harmless conventional acid and alkali solution to replace toxic and harmful solvent, takes triphenylamine mixture containing a small amount of diphenylamine as raw material, retains diphenylamine impurity in crystallization mother liquor through one-time protonation reaction crystallization, and completely converts triphenylamine into solid, thereby realizing the separation of triphenylamine and diphenylamine.
