titleOfInvention A kind of method of choline and terephthalic acid non-metal ionic liquid catalyzing waste PET polyester methanol alcoholysis
abstract The invention relates to a method for catalyzing methanol alcoholysis of waste PET polyester by choline and terephthalic acid nonmetal ionic liquid, which is characterized in that waste PET polyester (including PET bottle, PET packaging sheet, PET fiber and PET textile) as raw material, methanol as solvent, choline and terephthalic acid non-metal ionic liquid as catalyst, the amount of catalyst is 0.5%~10% of the mass of PET, the reaction temperature is 130~200℃, and the reaction time is For 30-360 min, the alcoholysis of PET is catalyzed under the condition that the mass ratio of methanol to PET is 1:1-10:1. The method has the characteristics that the catalyst does not contain metal, is green and environmentally friendly, can reduce the demetallization unit operation of the subsequent product, improve the quality of the degraded product, and has low requirements for raw materials, and the alcoholysis product is easy to separate and purify.
