titleOfInvention | Concrete for early cracking prevention and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses early anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof, wherein the concrete comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 314-338 parts of cement, 35-58 parts of fly ash, 680-765 parts of sand, 1010-1045 parts of stones, 169-173 parts of water, 8-9 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1-1 part of an anti-cracking and anti-permeability additive FLT-I and 0.1-1 part of modified polypropylene fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a. placing the modified polypropylene fiber and the weighed sand and stones in a stirrer to be quickly and uniformly stirred; b. uniformly stirring the weighed cement, fly ash, FLT-I and water at the temperature of 20-40 ℃; c. and c, uniformly stirring the weighed water reducer and water, adding the mixture into the mixture obtained in the step b, and continuously uniformly stirring. According to the invention, after the FLT-I and the modified polypropylene fiber are doped into the concrete, the pollution to the environment is favorably reduced, and the economic benefit can be improved. |
