titleOfInvention A kind of C25 grade alkali excited silicon-alumina all-solid waste concrete and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a C25 grade alkali-excited silica-alumina solid waste concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete, in terms of mass percentage, comprises 5%-10% fly ash, 20%-45% blast furnace slag, 17%-45% 45% desulfurization slag, 0%-14% iron tailing slag and 0%-50% steel slag, the concrete preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing raw materials; (2) crushing and grinding the raw materials for pretreatment; ( 3) pouring desulfurization slag, steel slag and iron tailing slag into a mixer and stirring to obtain a premix; (4) pouring fly ash and blast furnace slag into the premix and stirring; (5) adding residual water and stirring to obtain Slurry; (6) moulding and standing; (7) demoulding and curing to obtain a concrete test block. The concrete solid waste has a large amount of removal, and the desulfurization slag, fly ash, blast furnace slag, steel slag and iron tailing slag are used for resource utilization, which solves the problems of high cost of cement-based cementitious materials and expensive raw materials of alkali activators. Low cost, good durability, simple preparation, energy saving and environment friendly.
