abstract The invention provides a transfer printing composite die of a microstructure film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the die comprises a flat template and a metal plate, the flat template is provided with a pouring surface and a fixed surface, the spatial included angle between the pouring surface and the fixed surface of the flat template is not more than 3 degrees, the pouring surface is provided with a surface microstructure, the microstructure is a plurality of irregular peak-shaped bulges or depressions taking a virtual wavefront as a reference, and the virtual wavefront is parallel to or coincided with the pouring surface; the metal plate is fixed on the fixing surface of the flat template. The transfer printing composite die of the microstructure film enables a polymer template which is used as a flat template and is printed in a three-dimensional mode to have good flatness, and the polymer template can not be warped and deformed in the recycling process under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature, so that a large-area and uniform film can be prepared; due to the heat conductivity of the metal plate, the heat exchange efficiency and the uniformity of a thermal field can be improved, and the situation that local heating is too high is avoided.
