titleOfInvention Erythroid-like BiVO4/hm-C(CN)3Z heterojunction and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses an erythrocyte-like BiVO 4 /hm-C(CN) 3 Z-type heterojunction and a preparation method and application thereof. The material is first prepared by a template-induced binding hydrothermal method to prepare BiVO 4 , and then on the BiVO 4 skeleton Prepared by in situ coating of hm‑C(CN) 3 . Dissolve bismuth nitrate and ammonium metavanadate in nitric acid and sodium hydroxide solution respectively, then add polyvinylpyrrolidone, then add ammonium metavanadate solution dropwise to the bismuth nitrate solution, and adjust the pH of the system with sodium hydroxide solution under stirring to neutrality, and then transferred to an autoclave for high-temperature hydrothermal reaction to obtain erythroid-like BiVO 4 with a scale of 2-3 μm. BiVO 4 /hm-C(CN) 3 Z-type heterojunction was obtained by adsorbing tricyanomethanated imidazolium ionic liquid on BiVO 4 and polymerizing at high temperature. The erythroid-like BiVO 4 /hm-C(CN) 3 Z-type heterojunction of the present invention has excellent CO 2 capture, activation and photo-generated electron and hole separation capabilities, and can be applied to the fields of catalysis and energy conversion.
