abstract The invention relates to a lime kiln flue gas dedusting, desulfurizing, denitrifying and purifying system and a process, wherein the system comprises a cyclone desulfurizing tower, a deduster, a denitrifying reactor, an induced draft fan, an ammonia diluting fan, a mixer and a chimney; the cyclone desulfurizing tower has a cyclone structure and multiple atomizing spray guns on the top; the flue gas inlet of the cyclone desulfurization tower is connected with the flue gas outlet of the lime kiln, and the flue gas outlet of the cyclone desulfurization tower is connected with the dust-containing flue gas inlet of the dust remover; a flue gas outlet of the dust remover is sequentially connected with a denitration reactor, an induced draft fan and a chimney; the outlet of the induced draft fan is additionally connected with an ammonia inlet of the denitration reactor, an ammonia diluting fan and a mixer are arranged on the ammonia inlet pipeline, and the mixer is additionally connected with an external ammonia supply pipeline. The invention realizes the aim of standard emission of the flue gas of the lime kiln after dust removal, desulfurization, denitrification and purification treatment, the emitted flue gas can reach the national industrial kiln pollutant emission standard, the atmospheric pollution is effectively reduced, and the clean production of the refractory lime industry is favorably realized.
