titleOfInvention | A kind of preparation method of abalone shell powder/ZnO composite material doped smart hydrogel wound dressing with antibacterial effect |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of medical materials, and relates to a preparation method of a smart hydrogel wound dressing doped with abalone shell powder/ZnO composite material with antibacterial effect. According to the interaction between the interface and the physical phase of the material, using the technology and method of material preparation, abalone shell powder/ZnO composite material, chitosan powder and sodium alginate solution were formed into a uniform slurry, and gluconolactone was used as the proton donor. A pure physical cross-linked chitosan/sodium alginate double network smart hydrogel dressing doped with abalone shell powder/ZnO composite material with antibacterial effect was prepared in situ. The selected material has good biocompatibility and no cytotoxicity. The dressing can inhibit bacterial infection and promote wound healing. |
