titleOfInvention Breeding method of high-quality black pigs for harbors
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of breeding of new agricultural breeding pigs and discloses a breeding method of high-quality black pigs for harbors. The method comprises the steps of utilizing a Hanpu Xiahuo pig to mate with a blue pond sow to obtain a first filial generation terminal male parent, and obtaining a second filial generation high-quality black pig breed for Hongkong through selecting and retaining the first filial generation terminal male parent and a Duroc sow after mating. The breeding method improves the meat quality and taste of the black pigs by utilizing the Duroc sows, and the black pigs cultured by the breeding method have the advantages of high temperature resistance, high lean meat percentage, high growth speed, pure and black hair color, bright meat color and clear lines. Meanwhile, the black pig obtained by the breeding method has obvious intramuscular fat content deposition in the later period, and the growth speed of the black pig is further improved and the high content of lean meat percentage is ensured on the basis of overcoming the problems of large abdomen, flat buttocks, shorter limbs, shorter and uneven body shape, more fat meat, low lean meat percentage content and the like of the modern large-length pig breeds.
