One embodiment of the method comprises: acquiring a first product word set from a text to be processed, and acquiring relation subgraphs of a plurality of parameters of the text to be processed and product words according to the text to be processed and a graph database; calculating according to the relation subgraphs of the multiple parameters of the text to be processed and the product words to obtain a second product word set; and identifying core product words of the text to be processed from the intersection of the first product word set and the second product word set according to the graph database. This embodiment improves the accuracy of the identification.
