titleOfInvention | A peptoid oligomer and its preparation method, pharmaceutical composition and microfluidic chip |
abstract | The invention provides a peptide-like oligomer, a preparation method of the peptide-like oligomer, a pharmaceutical composition containing the peptide-like oligomer, and a microfluidic chip. By assembling the peptoid oligomer into nanosheets, and using the nanosheets to modify the glass-based microfluidic chip, GPTMS and 12-mercaptododecanoic acid were further reacted with the above peptoid oligomer nanosheets. A covalent bond is formed between the layers to realize the surface modification of the glass-based microfluidic chip. The above method effectively reduces the non-specific adsorption on the chip surface, and provides coupling groups for antibodies and small molecules, which further improves the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the microfluidic chip, and provides a new option for in vitro diagnosis. In addition, the modification method is simple, efficient, and low in production cost. |
