titleOfInvention Thermosensitive intelligent substrate for cell culture and preparation method thereof
abstract Thermosensitive intelligent base material for cell culture and preparation method thereof. A method for preparing temperature-sensitive petri dishes with polyvinyl caprolactam (PNVCL) block polymer as matrix material. Synthesis of poly(n-butyl methacrylate) by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and halogenated alkyl (Haloalkane) as initiator Ester (PBMA) polymer. A further temperature-sensitive block copolymer uses a hydrophobic PBMA polymer as a macroinitiator. Using n-vinyl caprolactam (NVCL) monomer as a raw material, poly-n-vinyl caprolactam (NVCL) monomer is polymerized to obtain poly-n-vinyl Caprolactam (PNVCL) copolymer, this block copolymer can make the hydrophobic PBMA fragments tightly condense on the hydrophobic Petri dish interface by ethanol dissolution, soaking and spin coating, and the hydrophilic PNVCL fragments are temperature sensitive. The exposure of the sexual characteristics to the surface layer of the petri dish completes the preparation of the temperature-sensitive petri dish.
