abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a fly ash-based defluorination adsorbent, which comprises the steps of screening fly ash, mixing calcium hydroxide with the screened fly ash according to a certain proportion, adding deionized water according to a certain solid-liquid ratio after mixing, heating and stirring for a period of time, washing after reaction to remove residual calcium hydroxide, filtering and drying to obtain alkali modified fly ash; preparing a zirconium oxychloride solution, slowly pouring the alkali modified fly ash into the zirconium oxychloride solution, slowly dropwise adding ammonia water to keep the pH value of the solution at 8-9, then placing the solution in a constant-temperature water bath for oscillation, and filtering, drying and roasting after oscillation to obtain the zirconium-loaded fly ash. The zirconium-loaded fly ash is prepared by taking the solid waste fly ash of the thermal power plant as a raw material and combining thermokalite modification and load modification, has stronger selectivity and adsorption action on fluorine ions in coal chemical industry wastewater, has good regeneration performance, treats waste by waste, and has obvious economic and environmental benefits. |
