The preparation method of the above-mentioned tetrandrine-loaded liposome preparation is as follows: dissolving soybean lecithin, dipalmitoyl phosphatidylethanolamine, cholesterol and tetrandrine in a solvent, obtaining a uniform thin liquid film by rotary evaporation, and hydrating a thin film. The liquid film was added with perfluorooctane bromide, ultrasonically oscillated in an ice bath, and then centrifuged to collect the precipitate to obtain a tetrandrine-loaded liposome preparation.
