abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of biological engineering, particularly relates to the field of oncology, and more particularly relates to a test strip for early screening of colorectal cancer. The test strip comprises a detection reagent which can specifically detect NSDHL autoantibody, NALCN autoantibody and ZCCHC24 autoantibody, wherein the specific detection reagent is corresponding antigen protein; by jointly using three antigen proteins, namely NSDHL antigen protein, NALCN antigen protein and ZCCHC24 antigen protein, for screening early colorectal cancer, the detection sensitivity of the early colorectal cancer reaches 93.33 percent, and the specificity reaches 88.67 percent; in addition, the test object of the test strip is a serum sample, and compared with the existing examination means such as fecal occult blood, enteroscopy and the like, the test strip has the advantages of convenience in sampling, small blood demand and high acceptance of people to be detected, and has important popularization and application values.
