The raw materials include the following components in parts by weight: 48-53 parts of nylon 6, 20-32 parts of nylon 6/PEG copolymer powder, 28-32 parts of toughening agent, 2.1-2.3 parts of lubricant, and 5-8 parts of heat-resistant aging agent parts, 1.5-2 parts of low temperature aging agent, 4.8-5.2 parts of color masterbatch, 7-8.5 parts of plasticizer, 1-2 parts of organic montmorillonite, 2-5 parts of nano zirconium boride, 1-2 parts of antioxidant parts and 0.8-1.2 parts of coupling agent. The nylon composite material prepared by the invention has both low temperature resistance and high temperature resistance on the basis of excellent mechanical properties, and has excellent cycle stability under the alternating conditions of high temperature of 180°C and low temperature of -40°C. |
