abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a tin sulfide (SnS)@niobium disulfide (NbS 2 ) core-shell heterojunction, and belongs to the technical field of functional nanomaterial preparation. Using niobium pentachloride, tin tetrachloride pentahydrate and carbon disulfide as raw materials, a SnS@NbS 2 core-shell heterojunction was synthesized by solvothermal method with oleylamine as solvent, reducing agent and surfactant. The ethanol solution was drop-coated on the interdigital electrode, and its corresponding photodetector was prepared. |
