abstract | The invention discloses a method for measuring the content of hafnium in a hafnium intermediate alloy, which comprises the following steps: dissolving a hafnium intermediate alloy to be detected by adopting sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate, and preparing a sulfuric acid solution containing zirconium and hafnium after constant volume; taking a certain amount of sulfuric acid solution containing zirconium and hafnium after constant volume, adding excessive ammonia water into the sulfuric acid solution to precipitate zirconium and hafnium in the solution, filtering and washing, and dissolving an obtained filter cake by hydrochloric acid to obtain hydrochloric acid solution containing zirconium and hafnium; precipitating zirconium and hafnium in the hydrochloric acid solution containing zirconium and hafnium by using mandelic acid, filtering to obtain a filter cake, firing to obtain a mixture of zirconium oxide and hafnium oxide, weighing and calculating the total amount of zirconium and hafnium in the hafnium intermediate alloy; and (3) dissolving the mixture, and detecting the zirconium content by using ICP-AES (inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission Spectrometry), wherein the zirconium content is subtracted from the total amount of zirconium and hafnium to obtain the hafnium content in the hafnium intermediate alloy. The method for measuring the hafnium content in the hafnium intermediate alloy has the characteristics of high accuracy of a measurement result, convenience and rapidness in operation, environmental friendliness and low cost. |
