The invention discloses an integrated human volatile metabolite collection and analysis device and method. The device comprises an air inlet device, an air extraction pump, a ten-way valve, a carrier gas device, a primary enrichment pipe, a secondary enrichment pipe, a back-stage analysis device and the like; the ten ports of the ten-way valve are respectively connected with the outlet of the air inlet device, the air suction pump, the inlet of the rear-stage analysis device, the outlet of the carrier gas device, two ends of the first-stage enrichment pipe and two ends of the second-stage enrichment pipe. The invention effectively shortens the enrichment time of the second-stage adsorption by increasing the sample injection concentration by the first-stage enrichment, solves the retention phenomenon of macromolecular substances by adopting a mode of converting the carrier gas direction, saves the adsorbent amount and the heating time of the second-stage adsorption, and improves the lower detection limit and the working efficiency of equipment. |
