titleOfInvention Use of a reagent for detecting miR-122 in liver tissue in the preparation of a liver cirrhosis screening kit
abstract The present invention provides the use of a reagent for detecting miR-122 in liver tissue in the preparation of a liver cirrhosis screening kit. The present invention finds for the first time that the expression level of miR-122 in liver tissue of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis is significantly lower than that of healthy people (P<0.01). Therefore, the reagent for detecting miR-122 in liver tissue can be used to prepare a hepatitis B cirrhosis screening kit to achieve effective screening for hepatitis B cirrhosis. The screening kit provided by the invention can quickly, efficiently and accurately screen and diagnose patients with liver cirrhosis (especially hepatitis B cirrhosis), and provides a new choice for the screening kit for liver cirrhosis.
