titleOfInvention Novel efficient fly ash medicament chelation stabilizing system and chelation stabilizing method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a novel efficient fly ash medicament chelation stabilizing system and a chelation stabilizing method thereof, belonging to the technical field of environmental protection. It includes flying dust feed bin, convection current contact reactor, medicament case, chelant jar, hydrosolvent jar and the agitator that rolls, and the exit end of chelant jar and the exit end of hydrosolvent jar communicate with the medicament case respectively, are equipped with a stirring subassembly on the medicament case for stir the operation to the inside material of medicament case, the discharge end of flying dust feed bin and the exit end of medicament case are linked together with convection current contact reactor respectively. The method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing a chelating agent and water in a chemical tank to obtain a mixed solution, carrying out contact reaction on the mixed solution and fly ash particles generated by a jet diffuser in a convection contact reactor in a mist form through an infusion pump and an atomizing nozzle to obtain a chelate precursor cured substance, and conveying the chelate precursor cured substance to a rolling stirrer through a spiral guide sheet for further stabilization, thereby realizing high-efficiency stabilization of the fly ash.
