titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of polyvinylidene fluoride hydrophilic membrane with both acid, alkali and ethanol resistance
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyvinylidene fluoride hydrophilic membrane which is resistant to acid, alkali and ethanol. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving PVDF and TBAC in DMF, firstly heating and stirring for 3-4h, and then not heating and stirring for 18 ‑20h, obtain PVDF solution, electrospin into PVDF nanomembrane; (2) add PVP and KH560 into deionized water according to a certain amount and stir to prepare a hydrophilic finishing agent; (3) soak the PVDF nanomembrane in ethanol After being placed in a hydrophilic finishing agent, a polyvinylidene fluoride hydrophilic film is obtained after drying. The polyvinylidene fluoride membrane obtained by the invention has excellent hydrophilic effect and good resistance to acid (3-4% solution of sodium hypochlorite), alkali (0.4% NaOH solution) and ethanol (absolute ethanol), and can be used for liquid filtration, water filtration, etc. filtering, etc.
