The invention relates to a novel antimicrobial peptide caprylic acid conjugate which has broad-spectrum inhibition effect on gram-positive multidrug-resistant bacteria, candida tropicalis and novel cryptococcus, does not have hemolytic property, resists hydrolysis of trypsin, and has serum stability, acid-base stability and high-temperature stability. The antibacterial peptide caprylic acid conjugate provides a novel guide substance for clinical antibacterial drug research.
