titleOfInvention Method for preparing adult eel feed for European eels
abstract The invention provides a method for preparing adult eel feed for European eels, which comprises the steps of mixing fish meal, wheat gluten, sodium alginate, monocalcium phosphate, defatted tenebrio molitor powder, fermented soybean meal, choline, citric acid, beer yeast and compound mineral substances to obtain a semi-finished product; adding starch and compound vitamins into the semi-finished product to obtain a finished product of the adult eel feed for European eels, replacing fish meal with fermented soybean meal and defatted tenebrio molitor powder, reducing the using amount of the fish meal, lowering the cost, simultaneously reducing the content of calcium and phosphorus in the feed, and reducing ammonia nitrogen emission, wherein the fermented soybean meal and the defatted tenebrio molitor powder contain a large amount of beneficial substances to ensure the healthy growth of the eels, and the defatted tenebrio molitor powder contains chitin which can repair damaged intestinal mucosa and improve the immunity and the absorption capacity of the intestinal tract to the nutrient substances; chitin is a natural antibacterial substance, has high-efficiency killing effect on bacteria and viruses, and can improve disease resistance and promote growth of eel.
