abstract The invention provides a strain of Bacillus carinii DM4-2 capable of preventing and treating plant scab and its bacterial agent and its application. The DM4-2 strain was preserved in the China Typical Culture Collection Center on January 7, 2021. The number is: CCTCC M 2021026. The invention proves that the bacterial strain has strong inhibitory effect on Streptomyces scabies through antagonism experiment. The invention provides the application of the fermented liquid of the bacterial strain in preventing and treating potato scab. Experiments of the present invention prove that the bacterial strain can significantly improve various physiological indexes such as root system activity and antioxidant enzyme system of potato plants, and also significantly increase the activity of soil urease, thereby improving the nitrogen supply capacity of the soil. The strong inhibitory effect of the Bacillus carinii DM4-2 on S. scabies of the present invention can be prepared into a biocontrol agent for preventing and treating potato scab, which has important market application prospects.
