titleOfInvention A low hysteresis loss rubber composition for tires
abstract The present invention relates to a rubber composition for manufacturing a tire, which contains at least one kind of diene rubber, 0.2 to 0.9 parts by mass, and 30 to 140 parts by mass of a low hysteresis loss additive relative to 100 parts by mass of rubber components. Inorganic reinforcing filler, 1 to 14 parts by mass of coupling agent; wherein the low hysteresis loss additive is 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine shown below. In the preparation process of the rubber composition, the diene rubber and the low hysteresis loss additive are first subjected to pre-heat reaction treatment, the temperature of the heat reaction treatment is 130 to 160°C, and the heat reaction treatment time is 100 to 300 seconds. Then, inorganic reinforcing filler and coupling agent are added for kneading, and then vulcanization treatment is performed to obtain a rubber composition product. The rubber composition is used to manufacture tires having low rolling resistance, excellent tear resistance and good processability.
