abstract | The invention discloses an environment-friendly corrosion and scale inhibitor, which is composed of compound amino acid ionic liquid, polysulfonate ionic liquid, sodium gluconate, N-hydroxyphthalimide/acrylic acid/2-acrylamide- 2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer, ammonium tungstate, polyvinyl alcohol, tea polyphenols and water. The molar ratio of [choline][arginine], [choline][tryptophan] and [choline][phenylalanine] in the composite amino acid ionic liquid is 1:1:1; Sulfonate ionic liquid is prepared from 1,4-butane sultone and hexamethylenetetraammonium. The corrosion and scale inhibitor of the invention has the advantage of being free of phosphorus, and can greatly reduce the pollution to the environment during use; and can achieve excellent corrosion and scale inhibition effect at a lower concentration. |
