The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a mixed solution containing a composite morphology regulator, a titanium source, a strontium source and alkali; (2) carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) to obtain the strontium titanate single crystal particles; the composite morphology regulator is a mixed solution containing palmitic acid, ethylene glycol and 1, 2-butanediol. The invention realizes the aim of SrTiO by utilizing the variety and the dosage change of the composite morphology regulator 3 And (3) precise regulation and control of the shape and surface crystal face type of the single crystal particles. Not only the equilateral icosahedron can be prepared, but also the regular cube and the octadechedron can be prepared. |
