The invention discloses a polypeptide for relieving iron stress of neuronal cells in brain, which comprises a chelated iron sequence and a peptide-guiding sequence, wherein the chelated iron sequence and the peptide-guiding sequence are both composed of amino acid residues, the peptide-guiding sequence is QSDIVAHAHLL, Q is glutamine residue for short, S is serine residue for short, I is isoleucine residue for short, V is valine residue for short, and L is leucine residue for short. The polypeptide can effectively remove excessive redundant iron in the brain and reduce the damage of free radicals in the brain to brain tissues, thereby protecting the brain and reducing the decline of cognitive ability. |
