The invention discloses a composite nanoparticle drug-carrying system and a preparation method thereof. The drug-carrying system includes a hydrogel, polymer nanoparticles dispersed in the hydrogel, and a biologically active enzyme; the biologically active enzyme has the ability to degrade tumors. The characteristics of the extracellular matrix of the microenvironment, the surface of the polymer nanoparticle is loaded with anticancer drugs, and a core-shell structure is formed with polyaniline particles as the inner core and polyacrylic acid as the outer shell. Firstly, polyacrylic acid polyaniline core-shell nanoparticles with photothermal heating and photoacoustic imaging properties were synthesized, and anticancer drugs were adsorbed through electrostatic interaction. Then composite nanoparticles and collagenase were added to two oppositely charged polyelectrolytes. Formation of complex injectable polyelectrolyte hydrogels in aqueous solutions. The composite nanoparticle drug-carrying system of the invention has a high drug-loading capacity, can release collagenase and composite polyaniline nanoparticles step by step, and realizes deep chemotherapy-photothermal combined therapy mediated by photoacoustic imaging. |
