titleOfInvention | Method for preparing metal chelating peptide from poultry feather |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a method for preparing metal chelating peptide from poultry feathers, which comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of feathers: crushing feathers, putting the feathers into an alkali solution, heating, simultaneously using microwave to assist the heating process, filtering, adding deionized water, mixing, and then spray-drying to obtain pretreated feather powder; (2) segmented enzymolysis: performing primary enzymolysis on the pretreated feather meal by using a mixed enzyme I containing keratinase and flavourzyme, and performing secondary enzymolysis by using a mixed enzyme II containing aminopeptidase and neutral protease to obtain an enzymolysis product of the feather meal; (3) metal chelation: and (3) reacting the enzymolysis product of the feather powder with metal salt to finally prepare the metal chelating peptide. Experiments prove that the metal chelating peptide prepared by the invention has higher chelating rate and wide application range, and provides a new idea for preparing the metal chelating peptide. |
