titleOfInvention | A method for co-producing xylitol and fuel ethanol by using lignocellulose as raw material for fermentation |
abstract | A method for co-producing xylitol and fuel ethanol by using lignocellulose as a raw material for fermentation. The lignocellulose raw material is pretreated to obtain a cellulose hydrolyzed sugar solution and a hemicellulose hydrolyzed sugar solution, respectively, to prepare an ethanol fermentation medium. and xylitol fermentation medium, ethanol and xylitol were fermented with ethanol fermenting bacteria and Candida viswanathii FE-T1, respectively. Candida viswanathii FE-T1 has the ability to resist fermentation inhibitors in hydrolyzed sugar solution and has better fermentation effect. In the invention, lignocellulose is classified and separated, and various products are developed for cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and their decomposition products respectively, and ethanol fermentation yeast and vegasus yeast are used to co-produce xylitol and ethanol. Conducive to improving the economics of lignocellulose biorefinery plants. |
