The invention discloses a high-performance rubber material which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of a cyanophenyl thiazolyl fluorine-containing selenium elastomer, 90-100 parts of epoxy natural rubber, 10-15 parts of epoxy end-capped side chain vinyl methyl phenyl silicone oil, 4-7 parts of melamine, 3-5 parts of thiol-terminated polysulfide rubber, 5-10 parts of waste feather fiber, 25-35 parts of an inorganic filler, 1-2 parts of cyclohexanone peroxide and 2-4 parts of a coupling agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the high-performance rubber material. The high-performance rubber material provided by the invention has excellent wear resistance, grip performance, aging resistance and temperature resistance, good flame retardance and mechanical properties and good performance stability. |
