abstract The invention relates to an oil and fat composition, in particular to a composition for simulating Chinese milk fat, characterized in that, based on the mass of total triglycerides, the oil and fat composition contains 7%-45% of 1-oleic acid -2-palmitic acid-3-linoleic acid triglyceride (OPL) and 4%-35% 1,3-dioleic acid-2-palmitic acid triglyceride (OPO), and OPL in the composition : OPO=3:1‑1.05:1. Aiming at the characteristics of Chinese breast milk components, the invention optimizes the ratio and content of OPL and OPO components in the oil and fat composition, so as to realize that in the growth and development process of infants and young children, each index is maximally close to breastfeeding.
