The composite material provided by the invention can improve the catalytic activity of platinum and prolong the service life of the platinum. The mass activity of the catalyst for oxygen reduction is more than 4.1 times that of a Pt/C catalyst of Johnson Matthey company. After 5 ten thousand cycles in 0.1M perchloric acid solution saturated with oxygen, the mass activity is only reduced by 1.7%; while the commercial Pt/C decreased by 43.7%. |
