titleOfInvention | Ytterbium oxide @ C composite double-shell hollow sphere material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to an ytterbium oxide @ C composite double-shell hollow sphere material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on a mixed solution of silicon dioxide microspheres and deionized water by taking the silicon dioxide microspheres as a template to obtain a uniform silicon dioxide microsphere dispersion solution; 2) under magnetic stirring, adding a carbon source into the silicon dioxide microsphere dispersion liquid, uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain a mixed liquid, slowly adding an ytterbium source into the mixed liquid, continuously uniformly stirring, adding ammonium fluoride, uniformly stirring, pouring into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction, washing and drying an obtained product after the reaction is finished, and calcining to obtain the ytterbium oxide @ C composite double-shell hollow sphere material. The ytterbium oxide @ C composite double-shell hollow sphere material provided by the invention is uniform in particle size, and the electrode material prepared from the ytterbium oxide @ C composite double-shell hollow sphere material has excellent electrochemical performance. |
