titleOfInvention | KASP primer group for detecting gibberellic disease resistance of Yangmai series wheat and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a group of KASP primer groups for detecting gibberellic disease resistance of Yangmai series wheat varieties (lines) and application thereof, wherein the KASP primer groups comprise: primer 1 with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.1, primer 2 with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO.2, and primer 3 with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 3; using the KASP primer group as a primer, using a wheat genome to be detected as a template to carry out PCR amplification, detecting a PCR amplification product by using a multifunctional microplate reader, and carrying out genotyping, wherein if the genotyping result shows that the genotyping of the wheat to be detected is the same as Yangmai No.4, the wheat to be detected contains allele G; otherwise, the wheat to be detected contains the allele A; wheat with allele G has higher scab resistance than wheat with allele A; the detection method can quickly and intuitively obtain the result of the scab resistant genotype of the wheat variety, and is suitable for large-scale breeding screening. |
