The culture medium adopted by the invention is prepared by adding 2.00g KNO into 1000mL distilled water 3 ,1.00g KH 2 PO 4 ,0.5g KCl,0.5g MgSO 4 ·7H 2 O,0.01g FeSO 4 30.0g of lactose and 17g of agar, and sterilizing to prepare the milk powder. When the culture medium is used for culturing the Monospora kansuensis, the ascocarp of the Monospora kansuensis needs only 20-30 days from formation to maturity, and the culture time of the ascocarp is greatly shortened. |
