abstract The invention relates to a regenerated rubber and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation raw materials of the regenerated rubber comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of waste rubber, 3-4 parts of a sulfonate water reducing agent, 2-3 parts of a cross-linking agent, 3-4 parts of an accelerator, 1-3 parts of softening oil, 1-3 parts of a homogenizing agent, 0.5-5 parts of an activating agent and 0.5-2 parts of a vulcanizing agent. The regenerated rubber has high tensile strength and elongation at break and excellent aging resistance, and meets the production requirements in the aspects of hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and aging resistance.
