abstract | The invention relates to a nylon 6 in-situ coloring slice and a preparation method thereof. Adding carbon black, a reaction auxiliary agent, a pH auxiliary agent and a coupling agent into deionized water, treating the carbon black by adopting a grinding process to obtain self-dispersing carbon black color paste with the particle size of 30-180 nanometers, mixing the self-dispersing carbon black color paste with a polyamide precursor caprolactam monomer, and carrying out in-situ polymerization coloring on nylon 6. The water-based carbon black color paste prepared by the invention has no dispersant, small and stable particle size, good compatibility with caprolactam which is a nylon 6 precursor, and good high-temperature resistance of the color paste, and the prepared nylon 6 fiber has the characteristics of bright coloring, high fiber strength, capability of being used for preparing superfine fiber and the like. Unlike other polyamide in-situ coloring processes, the carbon black molecule can be dissolved in a polymerization system without any dispersant, so that the carbon black molecule does not aggregate or have enlarged particle size in the polymerization process, high-quality nylon 6 fiber can be produced, the pressure of a textile component can be effectively prevented from being increased, and the service life of the component can be prolonged. |
