abstract | The invention discloses a potato seed coating agent and a preparation method thereof. The seed coating agent is prepared from raw materials consisting of compound microorganisms, rice water, urea, ferrous sulfate and clear water. The raw material components are 0.5 to 5.0 parts of compound microorganism, 10 to 20 parts of rice water, 0.1 to 0.5 part of urea, 0.10 to 0.20 part of ferrous sulfate and 75 to 90 parts of clear water according to weight. The preparation process of the seed coating agent comprises the following steps: mixing the single bacterial liquids according to a preset weight proportion to obtain a composite microorganism; mixing the raw material components according to a predetermined weight ratio to obtain a mixed material; performing facultative fermentation on the mixed material at the temperature of 30-38 ℃, then standing the mixture in an open manner, and finishing the fermentation when the pH value of the fermented material is less than or equal to 3.8; centrifuging the fermented liquid, and collecting supernatant as seed coating agent. The seed coating agent is used for planting potatoes, can promote the growth of the potatoes, and improves the yield and the quality of the potatoes. |
