titleOfInvention | Cell capture method based on microtubule fluidic chip |
abstract | A cell capture method based on a microtubule fluid control chip. G protein is modified on the inner wall of a micrometer-diameter polymer microtubule by a chemical modification method, and then an antibody with Ig-G is grafted to make the tube wall adsorb the antibody; the sample is flown into Microtubule fluidic chip, and then use immunofluorescence technology to identify the captured target nucleated cells. The invention utilizes the wall-trending edge collection effect of nucleated cells in the bloodstream and the specific adhesion characteristics of cell antigens and antibodies to separate the nucleated cells in the whole blood without prior splitting or centrifugation to remove mature red blood cells, and solves the problem of traditional separation methods. Complex, time-consuming and other issues, with simple, convenient, fast and accurate and reliable characteristics. |
