The system comprises a double-oxidation-layer gasification furnace, a cyclone dust collector, a phenol-water heat exchanger, an air cooler, an intercooler, a supercharger, a desulfurization tower, a bag type dust collector and an internal combustion engine set, the double-oxidation-layer gasification furnace comprises a feeding device, a reaction zone furnace body, a furnace top gasification agent air inlet, a middle-section gasification agent air inlet higher than the region of a sleeve, a furnace bottom gasification agent air inlet, a coal gas outlet arranged in the region of an annular cavity, a gasification agent distribution regulator and a slag discharge device, a material distribution device is arranged on the upper section of the furnace chamber, a sleeve is arranged on the middle section, a furnace grate is arranged at the bottom of the furnace, an annular cavity is formed between the sleeve and the furnace wall, the upper part of the sleeve is of an upper-wide lower-narrow structure, and the upper end of the sleeve abuts against the furnace wall. By adopting the system, the problems of unstable gas quality, difficult control of tar content and the like of the organic solid wastes in the gasification process can be solved, and the utilization rate of the organic solid wastes and the efficiency of combined heat and power can be obviously improved. |
