titleOfInvention | Colorless transparent copolyamide-imide film and preparation method thereof |
abstract | Discloses a colorless and transparent copolyamide-imide resin solution and a preparation method of a film thereof, belonging to the technical field of organic film manufacture. The copolyamide-imide resin solution is prepared by reacting one or more dianhydrides with structural units and one or more diamine monomers with structural units containing fluorine atoms, and the film with excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties, the coefficient of thermal expansion of the film as low as 2 ppm/DEG C and the tensile modulus as high as 9GPa is prepared. The transparent copolyamide-imide film can be applied to the fields of flexible displays, such as Thin Film Transistor (TFT) and Touch Sensor Panel (TSP) substrates, Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED) and Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) covering window films. |
