abstract | The invention provides a nano-silica sol hybrid polyurethane acrylate with a photocurable double bond group and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) in a four-necked flask provided with a stirrer, a thermometer and a reflux condenser, sequentially adding diisocyanate and a catalyst in a molar ratio, and continuously adding anhydrous alcohol compound under stirring, The reaction obtains a polyurethane prepolymer; (2) adding an acrylate compound containing a hydroxyl group and an unsaturated double bond and a phenolic polymerization inhibitor into the polyurethane prepolymer, and reacting to obtain a polyurethane acrylate prepolymer, which is reacted by di-n-butylamine. It is determined by titration that the urethane acrylate prepolymer has NCO groups; (3) the nano-silica sol with double bond groups is added to the urethane acrylate prepolymer, ground in a ball mill, and the reaction is obtained with photocurable Nano-silica sol hybrid urethane acrylate with double bond groups. |
