Amination method of polystyrene resin, method for immobilizing enzyme on amino resin |
abstract |
The invention provides a method for amination of polystyrene resin and a method for immobilizing enzyme on the aminated polystyrene resin. The amination method includes: in a solvent, using a catalyst to catalyze a Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction between a polystyrene-type resin and an enamine salt to obtain an aminated polystyrene-type resin, wherein the catalyst is a Lewis acid catalyst. The enamine salt is grafted onto the polystyrene resin by the Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction to complete the amination of the polystyrene-based resin. The conditions of the Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction are easy to control, and the post-treatment process is simple. It only needs to wash the catalyst and The unreacted enamine salt can be removed, so the above-mentioned amination method of the present application has few steps, is simple and easy to operate, and at the same time, the amination method also avoids the use of precious metal catalysts and reduces the production cost. The obtained polystyrene resin has better immobilization effect and reusability when used as an enzyme immobilization carrier, and greatly expands the enzyme immobilization carrier library. |
